Yellow

   Maybe there's something really significant about the colour 'yellow'. I've heard of someone who, for their whole life, was red, turned yellow because of something green. And I read about someone who loves yellow just because their lover guessed it was their favourite. And I've met my yellow too, once. It was so beautiful yet tragic; 'sweet sorrow' was how my brother described it to me. Yellow was hope; yellow was everything. But yellow turned blue because of someone green. So here I am, waiting for this rain to stop, hoping we'll meet again amongst the rainbow.
